Yusheng Ingredients list:
The ingredients:
-1/3 small tablespoon of fresh ginger, finely chopped
-4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/2 small tablespoon of grated black truffle (optional)
-2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-3 tablespoons sesame oil
-2 tablespoons olive oil
The salad:
-50gr of rice noodles (boiled for 2 minutes)
-50gr of young mango (cut in julienne)
-50gr of shitake (sautéed) -30gr of Lettuce (cut in julienne)
-30gr of Bean sprouts
-30gr of Spinach
-30gr of Cilantro
-1 tablespoon of Anarcados (finely chopped)
-100gr of smoked salmon

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place ingredients by type on the plate without mixing. Put the salmon in the middle of the plate. Top with cashew nuts and dressing. Yusheng is ready to drink!
