Spicy Edamame Ingredients:
- 250 gr edamame
- 1 Garlic
- 2 spoons oil
- 1 red chili
- Sweet paprika to taste
- 1 spoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
Equipment
- Large bowl
- Cooking pot
- Frying pan
Step by Step Instructions
- We put water to boil and then we add the edamame. When it starts to boil again we leave it for 4 min.
- We drain the edamame well
- We can fry the sliced garlic and the red chili (I cut it into slices)
- Add the edamame, soy sauce, and red pepper to taste. We leave it 1 min over high heat and that’s it.
