Ingredients for lemon granita:

  • 3 Lemon
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 750 ml water

Equipment

  • Lemon squeezer
  • Stirrer

Step by Step Instructions

  1. We grate the lemons, but only the yellow because it is soft and bitter. Then we squeeze them and mix the juice and zest with the sugar.
  2. We boil the mixture for about 7 minutes over medium-high heat until it has reduced almost by half. And we mix it with cold water in Tupperware.
  3. We put it in the freezer and at the hour we take it out and stir well. We return to freeze and at the hour we repeat stirring well, again we do the same and we will have the slush ready.
