Ingredients for the Recipe:
Salmon and Dill Cream:
- 4 pieces of salmon fillets (about 150-200g each)
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 200ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon zest (strip), for flavor
Mashed Potatoes:
- 800g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 100ml milk
- 50g butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potatoes.
Step 3
Chop the dill. Wash the lemon and cut it into wedges. Mix the dill with cream. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon strip.
Step 4
Cut the salmon into serving pieces. Put them in an ovenproof dish. Spread dill cream on the salmon. Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon inside temperature is 56 °C.
Step 5
Heat the milk. Stud potatoes and whisk in milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the salmon with mashed potatoes, peas, and lemon slices.
