- For the salmon cake: 100 g of fresh salmon (without bones or skin)
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 100g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 glass of milk
- 40g butter
- 2 eggs

- Salt and pepper
- For the avocado topping: 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1 salad tomato
- 50 g toasted almond kernels

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, yeast, cumin, and butter in a bowl, and do it vigorously until it has a texture similar to that of an ointment. Keep in mind that until you have a homogeneous mixture you should not continue.
